Each month Johnson County Historical Society will showcase a local business in our temporary exhibit space. This month's exhibit features the local business, Lenoch & Cilek. Hugh W. Smith and Frank J. Cilek opened the business in 1905 under the name Smith & Cilek. In the 1920s, Joe Lenoch purchased Smith's half and it was renamed Lenoch & Cilek. Now, part of Ace franchise, Lenoch & Cilek have been open for 110 years!
Come check out our exhibit, which features artifacts from this local business.
